Se me acaban las clases , ohhhh... Bueno eso significa que me queda poco para volver al cole y contar todas mis aventuras en persona, ¡ me encanta ! Hoy está siendo un día muy completo. He aprendido nuevas herramientas para hacer tests en webs, y a hacer mi propia página! Ahora la tarea final es crear una clase aplicando lo máximo posible de lo que he aprendido. Today we start with another new Quiz Tool: Socrative. You can choose, as a teacher, if you want quiz questions, true or false questions or open ended answer questions. It is great! If you want to create a quizz, Log In to : socrative.com, as students, they type socrative students and they have to write the room name, E.G. gonzalez5249 Today was a really interesting adn complete day. We learned how to create a Website! I have always wanted to do it, but it is really hard and there are a lot of details to add. Last task is to create a lesson plan using some resources we have been learning this week. What a pity! This means this comes to an end! Thank you very much!

 This morning we start with: answergarden.ch It can be useful to stimulate conversations. Then we share homework, we had to search for information about: FutureLearn, Adobe Connect, Blackboard Collaborate, Go To Meeting , Wiz IQ , Sakai and Edmodo. They are all learning platforms. We have already created an Edmodo class group where we share everything we do. If you are a Capitán Cortés teacher and you are reading, lucky you and thanks! I did everything with our gmail common account so that you can see everything at home. Then we have been playing with Kahoot and Quizlet. After the break we have been editing video. There were a lot of tasks to do: adding a video to the editing software, adding captions,music, voiceovers... Unfortunately WindowsMovieMaker works wrong and when I finished my tasks it got locked.Another option is ShotCut but you have todownload it and it takes too many time at my computer. Ya es jueves,se me está pasando volada la semana. Estamos en clase viendo Kahoot, yo ya soy una pro de esa web. Ayer estuvimos comiendo en un restaurante tailandés y luego fuimos al Minster a ver una misa con un coro chulísimo. Hoy si aguanto despierta, vamos a un Pub a ver música en directo. He visto el microscopio que estáis usando en clase, y los selfies con Pilar ¡ Qué envidia ! Yo os dejo una foto de la casita donde duermo al atardecer, y sigo atendiendo en clase. ¡ Un besazo gigante ! P.D. This is my first comic.  Today we focus on images. First thing we learn is to produce mindmaps with an easy website: Coggle. We make or own one summarising the previous days learning. ¡ Hoy traigo noticias frescas para nuestro Erasmus Plus! El profesor Rick me ha descubierto una web de Google para hacer nuestros amados MindMaps! Se llama Coggle y es bastante sencilla de utilizar. Este es el ejemplo que yo he preparado con lo que llevamos aprendido los dos primeros días.  Estoy disfrutando un montón en las clases, me encanta ser alumna. Además me sirve para recordar las actividades que me gustan, me entretienen,me atraen y las que me aburren!  Las clases de hoy se están centrando en las imágenes. La importancia de la fotografía y cómo podemos aplicarla a la hora de enseñar Inglés y Ciencias. 

Today we have focused on movile devices and podcasts. First thing we have learned is the snipping tool in our laptop. ( to do screenshots with googlemaps) Useful?  really! We can learn to give directions in Spanish and in a foreign language. Also teach orientation for special needs pupils so they can be more autonomous. Then we did activities with our smartphones. This is not possible at our school, cause my students are 9 years ould and they are not allowed to use moviles, or at least they should not. We took some photos of places all around and played a yes/no answer game. Later we have been discussing the use of whatsapp as a tool. In my class we are 8 people and 6 of them are secondary teachers so they can use movile and whatsapp groups. In some countries students under 18 are not allowed. ¡ Buenos días por la mañana ! Aquí son las 9:00. Tenemos un descansito en clase. Ayer por la tarde estuve con los profesores de otras nacionalidades escuchando la historia de York para practicar mi inglés. ¡Esta es la ciudad del chocolate! Aquí se crearon el Kit Kat y los Smarties. También hay una calle preciosa en la que se inspiró J.K.Rowling para el callejón Diagon, se llama The Shambles y es una mezcla del mercado de Spitafield en Londres y esta misma. Es alucinante,está llena de tiendas de Harry Potter y es como mágica. Y yo que soy friki-fan... imaginad mi cara! Ahora adjunto fotos. Por lo demás hace un frío que pela. Esta tarde visito el Minster y un castillo. Mañana mas! A tope con las potencias chic@s :)

This is everything I have learned today since 8 o´clock in the morning. Before our lesson started, we arrived earlier today so that we could meet Rick , our teacher. He is also an English teacher. We introduced ourselves because here there are people from Latvia, Bulgaria, France and Italy. Really multi-cultural group. First thing I have discovered this morning is: www.menti.com , a website where you can generate different types of tests, the first two are for free, and you can create more accounts to get two more as well.  If you want to generate it, you have to type: mentimeter.com  After a coffee break, so that we could wake up, we have created a private google group: ICT Brave Teachers group. The rest of the lesson we have been creating our own blog! We can choose between blogging or Wordpress. I was told blogging is more simple, so I chose this one. And that is all! Thank you Rick!

Morning everyone!  Escribo desde clase, ya que el primer task de mi curso ¡es crear un blog! ¡Es genial! Parece mucho más complicado de lo que en realidad es. La cuidad es preciosa, muy inglesa, pequeñita. Ayer me di un paseo cuando llegué, y busqué la academia para no perderme hoy porque las clases EMPIEZAN A LAS 8 DE LA MAÑANA.  Os echo mucho de menos, ¡pero estoy aprendiendo a tope!  El fin de semana estuve en Liverpool yo solita, visité una iglesia circular! Es una copia de una que hay en Brasil, os adjunto la foto para que alucinéis.  Todavía no me he atrevido con el fish and chips, que es la comida típica de aquí, pero ya sabéis que soy realfooder y el rebozado no me va mucho.  Bueno, voy a intentar subir cada día un texto para estar en contacto, y otro en inglés para presentarle a los profes del cole a mi vuelta.  ¡ Un besazo enorme !
